We currently ship within Australia.

We ship via Australia Post and price is dependent on weight. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

A shipping confirmation, including tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order has been sent.

Woollie Knots is not responsible once your order has been shipped. We cannot take responsibility for items lost, late or damaged during shipping process.

PRE- ORDER ITEMS
Where an item is available for pre-order please refer to the “shipping from” date on the product page + keep these lead times in mind when placing your order.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Woollie Knots is a one woman show + all pieces are made slowly by hand with intention + care by me, Dianne.  

As part of the Woollie Knots commitment to slow + sustainable fashion, we only use what we need with each piece to help create zero waste.

Processing time updates are found on the product page.

During Peak times processing time updates are found on the announcement bar at the top of the Woollie Knots homepage and given in social media posts and stories.

returns + exchanges

The Woollie Knots Collections are all hand made with extra love + care by Dianne.  

Please choose carefully before making a purchase. 

We take great pride in the quality and craftmanship of our products, so we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty in some way. To be eligible for exchange faulty items must be unworn and returned in the same condition and original packaging within 3 days of delivery. 

You are responsible for return shipping and the item must be deemed it is in its original condition before exchange can be processed.

To initiate a return or exchange please Email woollieknots@gmail.com as soon as you have received your item if there is a problem with your order.
